Burnout 101: Proactive Strategies for Identifying and Preventing Employee Burnout

This 60-minute workshop will equip HR professionals with the knowledge and tools to identify the 12 stages of burnout, the common organizational-level and individual-level contributors of burnout, and most importantly strategies for prevention and correction.
