Terms and Conditions

1.  By proceeding to schedule and pay for a session, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions that will govern the business relationship between you and Rachel Boehm Coaching & Consulting LLC, DBA RB Strategies, (“Coach”).  If you sign up for more than one session, these terms and conditions will apply to each session.

2. The session will be a private, one-on-one session between you and Dr. Rachel Boehm, representing the Coach, for the date, time, and duration for which you have signed up.   The session will be provided via electronic audio-visual communication on the platform provided by the Coach. The Coach agrees that only Dr. Rachel Boehm will provide the services during the session.  No Chatbot or similar method will be used to provide the coaching services. 

3. The services provided by the Coach will be leadership and executive coaching.  Neither the Coach nor Dr. Rachel Boehm are licensed health care, or mental health care, providers, and the services provided do not purport to be, and are not, medical, psychological or psychiatric services.

4. You understand and agree that the Coach does not guarantee that the coaching services will meet your requirements or expectations.  You are solely responsible for any action taken based on your interpretation of any information presented or engagement with the services and the Coach.

5. By signing up and paying for a session you agree that the payment is not refundable for any reason, except as provided in clause 6 below.  If you need to reschedule, you must provide the Coach no less than 24 hours’ notice using the “reschedule” link or “cancellation” link included in the meeting invitation. You may reschedule to an available date not later than 7 calendar days after the originally scheduled date for the session. If the reschedule link for some reason does not allow for seamless rescheduling, you may email the Coach at the Coach’s email address given below. If you do not log into your session within 10 minutes of the scheduled starting time, the Coach may treat that delay as your having canceled the session.  If your payment for the session is not received and collected by the Coach prior to the session, the Coach is not required to participate in the session.

6. There may arise unexpected circumstances that require the Coach to reschedule or cancel the session that you have booked, by giving you notice to your email address you have given when you scheduled the session.  If the Coach reschedules on less than 24 hours or cancels, you may choose to receive a refund or may choose to reschedule at a mutually acceptable time.

7. Sessions provided through an electronic delivery will include electronic communication (including two-way audio-visual communication), as defined by applicable law. There may be limitations to image quality or other electronic problems that are beyond the control of the Coach. Despite reasonable security measures, online communications can be forwarded, intercepted, or even changed or falsified without either Party’s knowledge.

8. The Coach will respect your privacy and the confidentiality of the information you provide, and will not disclose any of such information, or the fact of your obtaining services provided by the Coach except as follows: (a) the Coach may make any disclosure required by law and (b) the Coach may make any disclosure required to enforce these terms and conditions.

Neither party is allowed to record the session in any capacity.

9. These terms and conditions, and the business relationship between the Coach and you are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

10. All communications related to the session and the services shall be made by email. The Coach may be contacted at the following email address: rachel@rachelboehm.com.  You may be contacted at the email address you provided when you signed up for the session.

11. You agree to conduct yourself in a professional manner during the session and to single-task during the session (e.g., do not drive, check emails, or do other work while you are in the session).
